The Bill (Reg. No.4266) introduces amendments to the Laws on the State Budget of Ukraine and on the governmental assistance, which renders an opportunity for the Agrarian Fund to purchase diesel fuel and fertilizers for the needs of agricultural producers from the domestic producers at the Agrarian stock exchange at the expense of the special fund of the State budget.
